CaseBridge helps your firm review medical records, evaluate claims, and prepare demands. Our nurses use MedRecords AI, our proprietary platform, to prepare each work product, then verify it against the source records before delivery. Order one case review, or prepay a set number of cases each month and pay less per case.
Follow a sample matter through preparation, nurse review, and portal delivery. See the summary, chronology, diagnosis list, demand letter, and billing summary up close, plus a focused merit-review example.

This is CaseBridge, powered by the Legal Services Network. We help personal injury firms turn medical records into clear, reviewed work products. Let's follow a fictional matter from the incoming files to the finished delivery.
We start with your matter details and the records you provide through your secure upload link. Hospital records, imaging, treatment notes, and bills belong together. Your team identifies the matter and shares any specific questions for the review.
MedRecords AI, our proprietary platform, organizes the record set. Scanned pages become searchable. The system extracts dates, providers, diagnoses, and charges, and prepares the initial work products. Source references help our reviewer trace findings back to the records.
Next, a nurse reviews the drafts against the source pages. The reviewer checks the chronology, corrects errors and omissions, and identifies questions or missing records. A named reviewer signs off on the completed work before it is delivered.
Your firm receives the completed work in its CaseBridge client portal. Open the matter to see the published files. Read supported documents in the browser, or download the files for your own case system. Let's look inside the work products.
The case summary brings the important facts together. It outlines the injury, the course of treatment, the key findings, and the questions that still need attention. Source references let your team follow the evidence behind the summary.
The medical chronology puts the treatment in order. Each entry connects the date, provider, and clinical findings to the source record. Your team can follow the progression of care, see changes over time, and locate the page behind a finding.
The diagnosis list organizes the documented conditions by body system, with references to the supporting records. It helps your team see what was documented and where, alongside the broader treatment history.
For a matter needing a merit review, the work focuses on the clinical questions, the supporting records, and the gaps that need further investigation. The review helps your firm assess the evidence and determine what to examine next.
The demand letter brings the case narrative and supporting medical evidence into an editable Word document. Your firm can refine the language and presentation. The attorney reviews the draft, makes the legal judgments, and signs the final demand.
The medical billing summary organizes the charges by provider and ties them to the supplied bills. It makes the financial record easier to review, while keeping documented charges distinct from payments or balances that have not been provided.
Back in the portal, your team can mark a file reviewed and leave a question, correction, or missing-record request with a page reference. Feedback stays with the work product, so the team can find the issue and follow up.

Every case we take comes back with five deliverables: a case summary, a page-cited medical chronology, a diagnosis list with ICD-10 codes, an editable demand letter, and a medical billing summary. Our proprietary MedRecords AI platform organizes the records and prepares the drafts; a nurse checks each finding against the source and signs off before delivery. Our work supports intake, evaluation, and settlement preparation. Litigation support is outside our scope.
One page on the parties, the injuries, the course of treatment, the key dates, and the open questions. The first thing an attorney reads.
Every encounter, diagnosis, and treatment in order, cited to the source page, with treatment gaps flagged and a specials ledger of the charges as billed.
Every diagnosis in the record with its ICD-10 code, grouped by body system, with the date first documented, the diagnosing provider, and the source page, so accident-related and pre-existing conditions are easy to tell apart.
An editable demand letter in Word, drafted to your firm's format and cited to the record, with an exhibit index. Prepared for attorney review and signature.
The specials schedule for the demand: charges as billed by provider and date, totals and outstanding balances, with duplicates reconciled and missing bills and unresolved liens flagged.
Every case review, at any price, includes all five deliverables. Firms that prepay a set number of cases each month pay less per case. Our team manages the software. View services, pricing, and turnaround times →
Records move through the CaseBridge client portal: a dedicated environment for your firm with resumable uploads, versioned deliverables, and a full audit trail.
In a HIPAA-eligible environment we operate under a Business Associate Agreement with your firm. Records arrive through a secure upload link, never by email.
Access is limited to your firm and your assigned CaseBridge professional.
Case-review records are purged 30 days after delivery. Package clients can set their own retention instructions.
Your records are not used to train AI models.
Upload the records, and our team prepares and reviews the work product. Case reviews are delivered in seven business days; package clients get five.
Upload your file through the client portal. We handle different file formats, remove duplicates, and convert scanned pages into searchable text.
MedRecords AI, CaseBridge's proprietary platform, organizes the file and prepares initial drafts. A nurse checks each finding against the source page, corrects errors and omissions, and signs off on the completed work.
Receive the case summary, medical chronology, diagnosis list, editable demand letter, and medical billing summary, each cited to the source page and signed by a named reviewer. Standard turnaround is seven business days for a case review and five for package clients; quoted matters get their own date. Demand letters require attorney review and signature.
Package clients start with a kickoff call, the Business Associate Agreement signed at checkout, and a review of two or three prior demand letters so drafts match your firm's format. There is no onboarding fee.
Records go in, finished work comes out, and everyone on the case can see where things stand. No attachments flying around, no chasing files. The portal comes with every case review and package.
Drag the complete record set in and walk away. Big files are fine, and an upload picks itself back up if your connection drops.
Each case has its own page: what we have received, what we are working on, what is ready. Your team sees the same thing we do.
The summary, chronology, diagnosis list, demand letter, and billing summary arrive as PDF, Word, and Excel files. If something is revised, the earlier version stays put.
Invite attorneys and staff by email and decide who can upload, who can download, and who sees which matters. Remove someone and their access ends right then.
Uploads, views, and downloads are logged, which comes in handy when an insurer or opposing counsel asks.
Your firm gets its own private space, not a shared one. We sign a Business Associate Agreement, and if your firm sends security questionnaires, we have the paperwork ready for them.
Order a case review whenever you need one, or prepay a set number of cases a month and pay less per case. Every case comes back with the same five signed deliverables.
